The sector 9 cosmic series longboards are very popular. In fact probably the most popular longboards right after the bamboo series of sector 9 longboards. The sector 9 cosmic weave is probably the most popular longboard in the series right allow with the sector 9 bintang. They are the exact same shape and size at 38-inches long and 8.5-inches wide. They have a mid ranged wheelbase which creates super smooth turns. The fiber-glass deck helps for making tighter turns as you can throw you weight into the board which makes the trucks turn even sharper. The length of the deck makes for a nice stable ride and is long enough to allow you get some nice speed when cruising on the streets. I wouldn't recommend the cosmic weave for bombing any hills as it isn't built for that type of riding but it is an amazing cruiser.

The sector 9 cosmic weave longboard has a nice subtle graphic of a barrel wave on the bottom. It should be set-up with some gullwing mission trucks and some nice soft longboard wheels. I wouldn't go any larger than 70mm on the cosmic weave longboard as you can get wheel bite if you get too large of wheels. For extra speed get some good abec 7 or higher rated bearings and you will be flying throw the streets on the sector 9 cosmic weave rider.

Sector 9 Cosmic Sun Longboard

The sector 9 cosmic sun longboard is part of the cosmic series longboards. It is 34-inches long and 8.25-inches wide. It isn't quite a mini but still wouldn't be a LONGboard. It is a great board for cruising around town or campus and is small enough that you can strap it to your back pack if needed. The graphic on the bottom of the cosmic sun is insane! If you're into abstract art this longboard is for you. The sector 9 cosmic series longboards are all surf inspired longboards. They all are made with fiber-glass layers which allow them to be light weight and give the boards that nice popular flex that so many people are after. The flex also makes for smooth cruising turns like you're out on the water.

The wheelbase of the sector 9 cosmic sun longboard is pretty short so it allows you to make nice sharp turns in tight spots if needed. You can customize this longboard in so many ways to fit your style of riding. You can put some fatty 70mm wheels on it for some extra speed and a smooth ride on rough surfaces. You can get some standard skate trucks or you can throw some reverse kingpin trucks on it for some nice good carving. I personally like bones reds bearings as they are cheap but super fast!
